For the municipality of Winkel we built modern social accommodation in modular construction. The project covered the delivery and installation of the modular building, the complete interior fit-out, the building services and the turnkey handover ready for occupancy.
Particular attention was paid to a functional room layout, accessible sanitary facilities and a sustainable energy supply from a photovoltaic system.
