Modular construction
Made in the factory, assembled on the construction site.
Office and school buildings, commercial and industrial projects, storey extensions: while the modules are being produced in the factory, the construction site is prepared. That shortens the build time without cutting back on quality.
Container facilities
Quickly set up, properly connected.
From the site office to the temporary school building, temporary or for permanent operation. And if requirements grow, the facility is extended, stacked higher or converted.
General & design-and-build projects
One point of contact, full responsibility.
We coordinate planning, permits, specialist partners and execution until the facility is handed over turnkey. You have one point of contact instead of a dozen trades.

Every module arrives on the construction site fully thought through.
Steel frame, walls, electrical and sanitary installations are built in production – planned down to the last detail, prefabricated in the factory. What is left for the construction site is what belongs there: foundation, installation, connection.
