For the municipality of Höri we built a two-storey social accommodation building in modular construction for 60 residents, acting as design-and-build contractor. From site analysis and feasibility assessment through project development, building permit application and detailed design to construction management and turnkey handover, we were responsible for every project phase from a single source.
The result is a modern, functional building, ready for occupancy, that meets the requirements for cost-effectiveness, sustainability and living quality.
